"Nice hotel, good location."

"Breakfast was good, many restaurants close by, staff very helpful, walking distance to many attractions. Room 316 was a little quirky - elevator to third floor and then down two flights of stairs to room 316. To go to the elevator to go down, you have to go up two flights of stairs of to the elevator to go down. You'll master it after a couple of days. Additionally, there are other rooms in the hall and there is a sloping roof that you may have to be aware of to get to 316 - the slope continues into the room as well. Still, the room was large enough, quiet, and comfortable."

"Nice hotel. Good location, about 15 minute walk from the old town or a quick ride on the tram. Good front of house staff. Room was nice. Coffee in the bar was lovely. Only quibbles would be: - could do with some more comfy seats in the bar area - we had a room at the front left corner of the hotel and there was loud music (bass) from we assume a nearby bar/club that went on past 11pm - they closed the whole bar area one evening for a private event which I felt was a bit off. There should be a separate area for private events and not restrict the comfort of all other guests "

"Excellent service at the hotel from Oksana. My bus from Belarus crossed the border earlier than expected, but I was accommodated at the hotel without waiting for the official check-in time. The rooms are clean, cozy, and in a great location, and the public bus from the hotel to the airport runs on schedule. Travel is inexpensive."
