"This is a relatively new hotel (at the time of my stay) and it was excellent. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. And the lobby was a great place to hang out for breakfast or after getting back after a day of activities. Highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the area."

"Ashtrays outside need to be empty. Pool was cold and needs painting. The Jacuzzi was great. The place is very comfortable and right off the highway."

"I have three criteria for picking a cheap motel when I am traveling. It must be clean, safe and quiet. This motel provided all three, but little else. If you go there, don't be deterred by people loitering outside and around the property. The room did not have a coffee pot or a microwave, and it didn't even have bath towels until I went downstairs, where a curt desk person directed me to the laundry. A woman there slowly gave me towels. Adding to the ambience, a poster on the entry reminds...

"I had no complaints about the room although one the first 2 nights i didn’t know how to work the AC what was a killer without it but once a cleaner showed me how it works it was fine The staff were probably the best part of the stay I didn’t drive I got a uber all the time (what were crazy fast at picking up And i didn’t really use the kitchen but maybe a cup but that’s it But I got what I paid for with stay"

"Sounds silly but it was the best shampoo and conditioner that I ever had at a hotel. Everything was great except you couldn’t close the blinds (we were pretty sure lol) which caused us all to wake up at 5:15 blah."

"Very sad dilapidated place, guy who checked us in was great, but that was about it, people roaming the hall knocking on doors all night, smells from other room seeping through the vent, rusty appliances, beat up dresser, holes in the curtains…. Just sad place."

"This was one of the least maintained Hampton Inns we have stayed at. Breakfast was good. Parking lot had cars blocking center with people smoking weed and dancing, not great for kids to witness. And the hotel staff would not allow guests to change the television channel to something our group was interested in watching. The one lady working behind the counter insisted she was going to watch what she wanted to."

"This unique historic property was a delight to visit. Justin our host was incredibly passionate about the history of the house and the area. He was also very welcoming and cooked an incredible breakfast. If you are interested in Massachusetts and/or early American history and want a stay with a difference I would thoroughly recommend Josiah Keith House."

"I have Parkinson’s and it would have been great if there was a high back chair in the room because I need to sleep sitting upright due to aspiration problems. Otherwise everything and everybody we came in contact with was excellent."

"The facility appeared to be clean however for the price of the room per night it wasn’t worth it. The room itself had a smell. It honestly smelled like old ramen. The cabinet’s door handles were falling off. The cabinetry was very dated. In the bathroom the sink had cracks in it. This property seems more suitable for a short stay not any extended stay."
