"I have to say the royal is ( was ) a grand hotel,it is in a prime location,has a lot of style, it's showing its age in a lot of places . They're in the midst of trying to make the bedrooms more attractive. There is scaffolding on one side of the hotel not sure what they're doing but there is plenty ..."
