When I arrived at the hotel on February 12th, I was informed that they do not honor the booking website anymore despite that I paid for a room in advance. The hotel lacked in communicating this to me in advance, and I was forced to look for another room.

Anyone that says this place is clean must live in complete filth. The employee at the front desk was extremely rude. From the second I said hello and said I had a reservation, he was extremely rude.
