"The room was very spacious and had all the conveniences of home. It was hard to find once we got into town. The signage wasn't clear, and we had to ask across the street where it was located. "

"No staff onsite. To check-in we were given a phone # to call for lobby and room key code access. No one answered the phone. Local Icelander helped because there was another hotel with same owner in the next town and she called them to help us with access code. Others had the same problem. One couple had to sleep in their car because they couldn’t get their access code via phone instructions either. "

"Well, there was no staff at all. so make sure you have a phone to call the local number provided to you. one of the phone number they send you on the email will have a wrong phone number on it. (missing a number). the rooms are quiet small but seems to be a normal for the area. "
