"Very, very nice place to stay. We come back every time we are in the area - its the only place we stay. There is obviously real pride of place; the rooms are immaculate, the lobby is welcoming, staff is kind and friendly, the dining room is peaceful and breakfast is....actually breakfast. Almost adjacent are a nice outdoor restaurant/bar (and dinner theater!) and a really really good authentic Chinese food restaurant. Feels like home."

"Everyone was so friendly. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. The only negative part of the day was that the highway was running less than 100 yards from our room so it was very loud."

"This was amazing old hotel with a ton of history. It is in walking distance to a ton of shops and restaurants and in close proximity to multiple state parks and recreational areas. The staff was extremely accommodating with any request I had. Also, with its close proximity to US81, it makes for a great place to stay. I would highly recommend this location for a stay. Cheers!"
