"A mixed bag: positives: house was clean and the key lock and parking was convenient, and food and drink supplies very welcome. Negatives: our booking was changed fairly last minute from “the terrace” to a different house “the Mews” for unknown reasons. (So my review is not for this listing, but for “The Mews”.) "The Staff were excellent, friendly, professional, lovely. The barman we met, sorry we did not take names, was so knowledgeable, made our visit extra special. Then the dining experience made us feel very special, very attentive, polite service from the team. The breakfast was awesome, all the ladies working there were so nice, superb. We also had the pleasure of meeting a lady working at the bar, remember her name, she did write it down, Sabina had a beautiful smile and chatted to us before leaving the hotel. We would like to visit again soon."

"Great location, I’ve stayed here many times over the past few years. Hotel offers free car parking. And great views of Jubilee Campus. The Flexi card (to access the room using my phone) didn’t work. So I had to get a physical card. But other than that - a straightforward visit. Sometimes noise from the atrium did echo around the building - but it wasn’t a huge problem"
