"Very good hotel in a good central location in Elgin. Check-In and Check Out were quick and straightforward and the room I had was comfortable with a large shower. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice bar with a good menu. Breakfast was very good as well."

"We had a wonderful 2 nights at this lovely little castle. The property is gorgeous and well situated between Oban and Glencoe. David, the owner, was charming and told us all about the history of the castle and the region. He has gone to great lengths to create a warm, cozy, authentic castle experience! "What a contrast to my last hotel (Balmoral Lodge, Southport ). St Michael's was everything I want from a B&B and more. Beautiful vintage furniture, period features, immaculately clean, lovely owner, great atmosphere.
