"There's a lot of maintenance works going on in the hotel, and the work starts very early, sometimes around 6am. When there, there was an event on which was not communicated prior, which changes food times, which again when entering the buffet was not communicated. Entering a buffet without being told it closes in 15 minutes, is not great. Also parking was affected, which made it very difficult, the air conditioning did not work in the room, and not replacing shower gel and toilet rolls when empty seemed a regular occurrence. It may be partially my fault as I did not communicate these grievances at the time, but also some of them should not be expected of a 5 star hotel. But the facilities are fantastic, staff seemed very friendly, and the food was not terrible."
