"Excellent location close to the Old Town. Relatively quiet, away from the beach restaurant row further up the bay. Sea View room was very good ( although better described as Tree View since they obscure most of the view). Breakfast was decent, Hemingway’s bar was goods for food and cocktails"

"For the price, a great little place to stay for a couple of nights. The young lady at reception who checked us in was superb, very friendly and welcoming with hints & tips of places to visit for my daughters birthday. The cleaner(s) were very nice too and great to have breakfast included in aswell. Only a 10 min walk to Buda Centre witjlittle supermarkets within 5 min walk."

"We were travelling with family and were upgraded to a Junior Suite - very much appreciated. Everything was wonderful, the staff friendly and the property very well maintained. The only slight problem we encountered was with the rooftop restaurant which seemed to be understaffed and overwhelmed by a party of 6 and items on the menu were unavailable. Possibly better for drinks. That being said the room service menu was fine and arrived quickly. Would definitely stay there again"

"I absolutely loved our stay here. It was our first time in Montenegro, and the whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. From the airport transfer and warm welcome from the reception team, to the breakfasts, lunches and dinners at the property, everything was so well looked after. The location was perfect — right on the beach and within walking distance of the Old Town, which made it so easy to explore and enjoy everything Budva has to offer. I especially loved our evenings dining outside at the restaurant, listening to the live music and watching people stroll along the promenade. We also took a few day trips outside Budva during our stay, and the hotel kindly arranged taxis for us, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Such a warm, relaxing and memorable stay. We absolutely loved it and would happily come back!"

"Staff is helpful and handled any issues that came up. Our room had water stains on the ceiling and smoke detector taken apart. The staff advised they knew about it and it was okay to stay in the room. Woke up one morning and floor was wet and moisture on the ceiling. Staff moved us to another room. The rooms are showing their wear and tear and do need to be updated. Breakfast is good. We had a sea view but there is a-lot of construction going on so you also see lots of trash next to the hotel. This is our second year staying. Location is close to beach. Overall we would stay again"
