"Breakfast was very nice. Location can’t be beat! We got an amazing suite with a huge balcony. Just wish we had been able to stay for more than one night. The staff was wonderful and got us paddle boards to use. The young man at the desk helped carry them out to the water where we enjoyed paddling around the sea, looking at all the Jellyfish."

"Loved it here! The hotel feels very boutique and the area around the hotel is lovely for a walk along the front or a dip in the sea. It's a pleasant 20 mins(ish) walk into Piran along the sea front which is easily do-able but I think there's a shuttle if needed. Wide choice of breakfast and even a robot to help clear tables. We had an issue with parking as there was an event on, but the staff member outside offered us an alternative place to park nearby. Highly recommend!"

"Les toilettes sentaient fort le tabac froid... odeur plus que désagréable. De plus les murs et le sol de ces toilettes étaient très tachés... Enfin, nous avions réservé une demi pension. Nous ne savions pas que nous avions le choix qu'entre 2 plats... Nos enfants ne les aimant pas, ils ont pris des carbonara qui nous ont été facturé en totalité... Chômage car le reste était formidable : chambre immense, salle de bains splendide, restaurant avec un service de qualité, petit déjeuner agréable !"

"First time visitor to Portoroz this was an hotel I had read a lot about so knew what this maybe like. First of all if you don’t want a big resort location then Portoroz is not for you some of the smaller towns in either Croatia or Slovenia maybe more for you. I enjoyed it middle of the week in peak season it was not too busy. The rooms in the hotel are on the dated side as other comments imply but they were clean and I found them fine. Yes it’s annoying no plug socket near the bed but really not a huge deal. The beach club across the street was great way to chill out in the day and discount for hotel guests appreciated. Being able to use pool and changing room in hotel next door was an added benefit I didn’t know on booking. Breakfast was a big selection maybe more focused on quantity vs quality it was included in my room price. I am not sure if I would pay extra for this. Overall if you want to enjoy the resort hotel vibe you will enjoy this. I would come back as enjoyed my few days here."

"Location and site is perfect but service is bad there is no access by car to the hotel reception nor a shuttle or laggage pick up from the parking you have to carry your laggage from the parking back and forth on open door area around 200 meter to go to the front desk and stuff are not really helpful no coffee and water complementary offered in the room"

"The property was quite new and very modern looking. The rooms were lovely and spacious with super comfy beds. We had a bit of trouble with the lock on the door but the staff came and fixed it straight away. Our safe in the room also hadn’t been unlocked for us to use. Other than these small things it was an amazing stay."
