Pictures on the website seemed much better than what the property really is. It's a house with a few renting rooms on the second floor. We never saw the dinning room pic and our room was not in any of the pictures either. Landlord was very welcoming but even though before doing the reservation we asked if we could check out at 11 because if not we would go somewhere else -and they confirmed we could-, the night we arrived we were asked to leave around 10'30 and on the next day, at 10 the knocked on our door saying it was time to check out. So we left at 10:15 and when we went down we were told we could wait until 11 in the kitchen but we obviously left. There was also a leak on the sink and toilet pipe smell bad everything time you flushed it. And you could hear every single noise made by any of the visitors as well. I'm afraid we won't go back.

Friendly family-run guest house

Nazar, the proprietor of this guest house, was a fantastic host; very friendly and helpful. We arrived late evening (10:30 pm) and were greeted by Nazar's son Wass, who helped with our luggage and showed us the coffee and tea facilities in the kitchen. The property is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The location is good too - about a half-hour drive from Heathrow |Airport. The room was clean and cheerful and the service excellent - beds were made up and fresh towels supplied each day. They provided a continental breakfast at a very reasonable price, served by Nazar's other son, Mohammed. We would certainly go back there again if we were staying in the area.

Helt okej boende, trevligt och hjälpsamt bemötande. Nära bussar, närbutiker osv. Kort taxiresa till Slough tågstation med tåg till London. Och nära Heathrow. Men jag var enda gästen på boendet, skum och enslig känsla. Jag väljer annat boende nästa gång om jag reser ensam.

Great value stay.

Great stay, very good and filling breakfast. Room was a decent size and bathroom was clean and had a decent shower. Some people seem to expect too much, but no problems here.

Cheap though not particularly cheerful

Room was pretty dingy and depressing but cooked breakfast was surprisingly good. Can't really complain too much for £50

Furnival lodge

Owners very pleasant but we booked this on pictures and reviews that we believe were based on the previous owners residency as the whole place was tired, badly maintained, and although sheets and towels were clean, the breakfast neatly presented, this is a lodging house only and not much better than a youth hostel. Money on false pretences im sorry to say. They must up their game.

Unconfortable rooms

It was a one night stay, when I have seen my room I was have almost checked out before checked in. The room by it self is like mini sized, maybe 10m2 with toilet/bathroom. Bed was like from WW1 with 10cm matrace, I've felt every metal part of the bed on my back while sleeping. In bathroom the shower curtain was like made of mold, toilet was basically placed almost under the washbasin

We booked a double room, expecting a double bed. In the event it was a long thin room with 2 cheap single beds in line separated by a wardrobe. The only other furniture was a small bedside table (opposite the wardrobe) and 2 folding chairs. There was also a TV on a wall unit but the picture was too pixelated to watch. For the price we had paid, we were very disappointed

dont let first impression put you off.

Not what i was expecting when I pulled up it is in a residential street and the picture on website is of a beautiful garden that is out the back. Rooms were basic but beds comfy and it was clean. Breakfast was nice and the owners lovely and friendly. Not happy no tea/coffee in room and would probably not stay again for this reason both my self and daughter are on medication and need drink and food to take tablets first thing and last thing so don't want to be getting dressed to go downstairs. Said no food and drink in room I had to ignore this for the above reason. Shower was lovely only thing is the curtains go around and include the toilet roll holder which then gets wet. it was a little noisy out the front of building more noticeable because it was hot so had window open

Just a converted duplex in a crowded neighborhood right off a busy main road. There were lots of super loud neighbors who liked to stand outside and have shouting matches all night. I know the owners can't help that, but that's what you get when your hotel is in this type of spot. I'm not even sure if you can access the garden shown in their picture. It was overgrown and shared with the neighbors anyway. Also, rooms very small with shabby old beds. Bathrooms were small and shower wasn't even separate. Just basically a one stop shop in the bathroom.

The problem is not the place itself. It is that it states 4 star, so one expects quite a smart place. If there was no star rating I would say it was ok. The breakfast was decent, the room was comfortable enough. The receptionist/caretaker guy had strange mood swings. Sometimes he was very friendly, other times he looked completely miserable and was very offish.

Enkelt men fint och nara till Heathrow

A private family owned lodge which is simply perfect for a few nights if you here in business or pleasure. The quick M4 takes you from Heathrow to the hotel with in prox 20 minutes. Rooms are clean and comfortable and warm. A breakfast is served at the table and the staff are very friendly. Small parking available in the front free of charge as hotel guest.

Not that comfortable, room was 6ft by 12 feet, an animal print throw served as a blanket. For 70 pounds a night I would expect more.
