"This is my second time staying at the hotel. To start, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The check in process is a breeze. The property is clean inside and out. This weekend the hotel was full of athletes and families, and they decorated the lobby woth baseballs and basketballs. Super cute and inviting. My room was clean and comfortable both times I've stayed here. This is my go to hotel for sure!"

"First off the hotel was clean, well maintained and the staff were friendly, accommodating to your needs. With that being said the rooms are much smaller than they appear online, I booked a king suite and it is the size of a normal twin room. The hotel serves breakfast everyday from 6am to 9am daily but once service is over there is no coffee, no tea, no hot water available in the lobby until the next day. "Sadly we had no hot water for the first 12 hours we were there. Offered several different excuses as to why and for me neither were believable. Other guests were offered 30 % discounts and we were advised since we used Expedia to book there was nothing they could do. Ice machines only worked on one floor our entire time there.
