"Hotel moderno, limpio, con decoración agradable. La habitación era grande, con muchos detalles de madera, increíble. Café y agua gratis en la habitación. El personal de recepción súper agradable, la dama que me atendió hablaba español y fue super agradable y con toda la disposición de ayudar. Recomiendo este hotel 100%. Queda un poco retirado del centro histórico, pero mi hija y yo nos fuimos caminando sin problema. Es una ciudad hermosa."

"Abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura per due notti, ci siamo trovati bene. L’appartamento era pulito e la procedura di check-in è stata semplice senza intoppi, la posizione è perfetta per visitare la città sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici collegato bene. I proprietari sono stati super disponibili a concederci un check-out tardivo e lo ringrazio ancora della disponibilità. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene ☺️"

"Camera pulita e ottima colazione. La stanza si trovava al primo piano su una strada di scorrimento e il continuo rumore dei tram ha disturbato parecchio il nostro sonno. Inoltre ho preferito questo hotel ad altri perché nella descrizione e nelle foto della camera da me scelta (suite executive) era indicata la presenza del bidet nel bagno su tutti i siti (allego foto). Invece nella nostra camera il bidet non c'era e mi è stato risposto che è presente solo nelle stanze delux. Quindi o vanno...

"The room was nicer than advertised, and who can actually say that! It is in a lovely location attached to a very good Slovak restaurant as well. The staff was very helpful, and the cleaning staff was excellent as well. The room was large and very comfortable. The room has air conditioning, a tea kettle, and a TV. The breakfast was very good as well."

"Lovely spacious, bright and comfortable apartment. All areas were clean and well maintained. Didn't use sauna or gym as unexpectedly there was an extra charge for this. Check in and check out were online in advance which was seamless and the reception staff were helpful and spoke good English. Although this was a VIP booking there was no VIP enhanced perk offered by the hotel. This is something that Expedia could manage better with its customers."

"Check in was easy and the room was as described. Pillows were quite flat and blankets older so comfort was a little less than hoped for. Most importantly- it should be known that it is located above a night club and it was impossible to sleep as the club music and bass was so loud until 4:30am. This wasn’t typical city noise. This was exceptionally loud. While this is not the hostel’s fault, it did impact the stay for sure."
