"Communication was outstanding. Assisting with setting up the airport transfer including luggage assistance from the City Gate to the hotel was exceptional. All aspects of our stay were excellent. It is important to note that there is no space to have open suitcases so you need to plan for that. Need to place on bed while accessing what you need. That would have been a more significant issue for us if we were staying 3 or more nights - but not for 1 or 2."

"Clean easy access. Nice large room including nice bathroom. Excellent communication Some street noise until midnight"

"Easy check in, place was very clean and very convenient, on check out day they took our bags for the day which was amazing. They even had a shower we could have used after the beach before heading to the airport."

That is 59 steps total. I booked through Expedia expecting a traditional hotel with staff available to drop off bags. Instead, the key...

"The location is outstanding, right outside the rector's palace. The host responded promptly to issues. The room is reasonable size, the bed comfortable. The lighting in the room is atrocious, the overhead fixture gives very little light."

"Great location"

"Terrific location. Seems newly remodeled. Comfortable and clean. Great communication via text. They set up taxis for us to get there and to the airport. We were on the top floor so lots of steps but that was ok with us! Highly recommend!"
