"It’s a nice one"

"As soon as we got off the elevator to go to the room my husband immediately started sneezing. We could hear a dog barking and it sounded like it was in the room next door to us. I asked the front desk what the dog policy was because my husband had really bad allergies and she said yes we except dogs and we charge extra for them to stay. I asked what accommodations do they offer for people with allergies and she looked at me like I had no right to ask. As a matter of fact Thats the only time she even looked at me because while I was inquiring she didn’t even want to acknowledge me. I also got charged the accidental fee. For what I do not know. But I’m over marriott!"

"The room was nice and clean. The staff attentive and friendly. The only disappointing part was the fact that it said online and everywhere in the resort that they are “cashless resort”. When we wanted to pay for some Arts and Crafts activities, they told us pay cash only. So we had to leave. When I called about horseback riding-same thing with cash only. I had to drive outside of the resort, to find an ATM. Just be aware of that."

"I like the renovations that they have done. It is significant upgrade over what the hotel used to be several years ago. The rooms are small, but we’re clean. The conference rooms are a bit too small and noisy."

"Only problem, the road construction in front of Hotel, on Route 18, the traffic can be a nightmare. "
