"Booked apartment for four of us to stay and at the last minute canceled our trip. Was forced to book another room not near our location and more expensive. Cost me hundreds more and instead of a 12 minute commute each day it became a 1 hour commute. Would highly recommend not ever using them."

"Everything was modern and looked really nice here. Despite being a 2-star hotel, I could say it should be higher than that when you account for the cleanliness and availability of all the amenities. Would be staying here again when I visit Bothell!"
