"I arrived on Thursday September 17. There were two ladies working the front desk, one woman African American and another woman of Hispanic or Asian descent. The Hispanic woman had horrible energy . She acted like she didn’t want to be bothered. No eye contact, extremely cold ."

"This is a new, extremely clean property in a rapidly gentrifying part of town. The rooms were spacious and I loved the shower with both the standard and rainfall nozzles. Valet service was prompt and all the staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. The area around the hotel is a bit rough but rapidly changing with all of the new medical related buildings going up. We didn't try to find a place to eat around the hotel but based on the walking we did, I think that would be challenging but I am sure more options will arise in the years to come. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the commuter train which handily took us close to the Astros ballpark. Would definitely stay here again!"
