"I enjoyed myself up until the power went out and we had to sit for hours in the heat because there was no a/c and it was hot outside. As we were heading down to the pool the power cut and by time the power cut on the pool area was still not open but they said they would keep the pool open for an extra hour that day but by that time our kids already ate and went to bed. "

"Mattresses need to be replaced, room 215. Tub needs to be replaced, water stays in near the drain. The rest of the stay was very good."

"Woman there for check-in late at night was nice but seemed overwhelmed. Told us there was no blanket for the pull out which we needed (that’s we booked the room). All the floors were wet , visible water throughout the downstairs with no signage. Breakfast was fine but not excellent as others reviewed. No healthy options really. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage waffles and sugar cereal. Oatmeal was the high sugar variety in packets. If you need a hair dryer bring your own. The one on the wall was the eorst. Pool could probably be cleaned. "

"The staff was really helpful, polite and accommodating. However, the hotel room was dirty and the carpet floor was very nasty and sticky. It was disgusting to walk in. The staff did change our room. "
