"The property feels very secure and is in great condition. Very basic but overall a great value for the money. It was unfortunate on our first of the two nights that we stayed the fire alarm went off 5 times at around 2:50am. The first time it went off for multiple minutes and for instances 2-5 it went off for 30 seconds or less each time. Because it went off multiple times & the firetruck/firefighters were on site for over 30minutes & we were not made aware of what had happened (other than a panicked lady in grey scrubs walking through the hallway in a rush as the alarm was blaring saying, “Its a false alarm”, it was really hard to get back to sleep for almost 2 hours. When I asked about it the next day I was told that somebody burned microwave popcorn. We had to buy bottled water and get plastic utensils to eat. There is a dishwasher & a cascade pod is provided but unless you bring your own dishes there is no reason to use it. There is a setup of two glass top burners, a microwave, and a full size fridge. And the location allows access to several restaurants and is 5 mins from the Desert Diamond Arena & surrounding restaurants if you have access to a car. Overall very satisfied with our stay & the accommodations. Vending machines, a laundry room, a very basic workout room, & available coffee are nice assets too. Staff was very kind. "

"The hotel is dirty. They say they have queen beds, but they’re actually full-size beds. The bed frames are very weak and move as soon as you sit down. Overall, it feels more like a Motel 6."

"The room was very small and poorly laid out. There were two TV's next to each other. My room was a king bed + sofa bed and it was a tiny room. I'm not a big guy but the bathroom was so small, there was barely room to get in/out of the show. The whole hotel was smaller than the pictures. Way over priced for the quality of the room."

"I like staying at this location, it’s convenient to places I need to go. But, the tub needs a little Clorox or bleach, looks dirty. Thx"

"Description for property and properties usual amenities are not accurate and are not provided at this property. They provided one plastic cup in a room with 2 people and zero other anything. Kitchen cabinets are empty, no pots pans, glasses, dishwater, no coffee maker. Very noisy all night, no security, extra riot entrance security doors broken, cut my finger on bathroom counter with sharp edge... would not stay again. "

"Coffee was like sludge. Had to go to Coffee Bean. There was no full length mirror in room. There was some metal piece from bed frame that stuck out and kept hitting my ankle on it. I avoided the elevator after first use; very very very slow doors to open and close as was the lift. Property is in desperate need of a thorough renovation. "
