"The TCC Plaza was exactly what we needed for our 3 day stay in Skopje. The room was spacious, clean, quiet (except for the sound of circulating hot water in the radiator at night). Wifi reception was generally good. Breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee, and the restaurant very cheap. Staff were helpful whenever we required anything from them. Too bad there was no kettle in the room. The shower looked like a complicated machine from Teletubbies, but I finally managed to get the hang of...

"There is a dance club or night club directly under my room. The hotel literature said quiet time was from 10pm to 8am. I pointed this out to the woman at the desk and she said it was saturday and that it was midnight. It was about 12:45 when the music stopped being pumped into my room. Neither the hotel, nore hotels.com would let me checkout with a refund (this was my first night). The shampoo in the bathroom had clearly been used before.
