The hotel was really well maintained and very clean. Good selection of food available at the breakfast buffet. Nice pool and pool area. "This is a 5 star hotel that feels and looks like a 4, has the amenities of a 3, and the rooms look like a 2. Staff: EXCELLENT insofar as the morning lady who is there — she was friendly and effective. Everyone else seemed either bothered or ineffective. Rooms: Old, there’s quite a lot of damp, weak AC. Amenities: Pool was lovely. Other than that, no. I mean, don’t provide an iron but charge €6 per item?. Breakfast: lacks variety, for sure. General comments: Lobby is very pretty....

"Fantastic stay at Elivi. Facilities were fantastic and the hotel grounds are stunning. Impeccable buggy service around the grounds. Upgraded when we arrived and had our own pool. The restaurants were great, only negative was that the restaurants were very empty for dinner but that was more because it was end of season. Only criticism was that the bars by the beaches closed at 6pm and we wanted to sit with a drink and watch the sunset but no bars open. Again, think this is different in peak...
