"We had a wonderful stay at Lovesgrove Guesthouse. The gentleman who greeted us was friendly, helpful, and had a great sense of humour, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was fantastic—a large Welsh breakfast that kept us going for a full day of walking! Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. "We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. "
