"Die Unterkunft an sich war in Ordnung, das Zimmer sauber und komfortabel. Trotz vieler Menschen und Hunde war es ruhig in der Anlage. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt Im Keller befindet sich ein Gesellschaftsraum mit Billiardtisch und Tischtennisplatte. Von diesem Raum ging ein weiterer Raum ab, der leer stand und lose Elektrokabel hingen von der Wand. Ein weiterer Raum im Keller stand offen mit Farben und Dosen...nicht auszudenken, was passiert, wenn Kinder hier ihren Entdeckungsdrang...

"Lovely cottages in the resort and closed to the beach on the lake. Easy self check-in and easy to find. Only thing that wasn't clear was that we had to pre-book our breakfast the day before (before a certain time), so no breakfast for us in the morning. Other than that, it's a lovely place to stay."

"Excellent setting and great apart from three minor things. 1. For a hotel this size I would have expected hot drink making facilities in the room. 2. The pillows were soft and lumpy. 3. Evening food menu was very limited, and when ordered it took 50 minutes to arrive, there were no apologies for the wait, and the chips were cold ( not even warm). They off to replace them but I wasn’t prepared for another wait. Restaurant staff were very somber. However, the hotel was very comfortable and conveniently placed for what we needed x"

"From the minute we got to the hotel we could tell it was a quality place. Everything looked new and well-maintained, especially for a place that caters to children. The room was huge, plenty of space for a family of 4. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There's so much to do for the kids, they especially liked the scavenger hunt. You can't beat the location, right across from Legoland and a short walk from Lego House. We visited both. Just know if you're going to drive, you have to pay for parking. I've never stayed at a themed-property before, but I would definitely go back. My kids had so much fun, and I felt like a kid again staying there."

"I traveled for business purposes so I did not used all the available resources in the hotel but I had a very good breakfast in the hotel. The staff was very helpful and explained to me where I can find the breakfast room, my room, Wi-Fi password and answered all my questions. I stayed in the new renovated room so if you are going to be locked in one of them the shower will turn with a few minutes delay which is normal so be patient. There is lactose free milk for breakfast too. I do recommend the hotel very much."
