"Gott herbergi, hreint og fínt, baðherbergið ágætt og rúmin þægileg. Útsýnið fallegt. Morgunverðurinn ferskur og góður. Starfsfólkið var liðlegt en heldur fátt miðað við fjölda gesta og því þurftu þeir stundum að bíða. Í heild ágætur kostur á þolanlegu verði."

"We had a great stay at Dettifoss. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the bathrooms were modern and clean. The kitchen was in good condition and well-equipped for most simple meals; however, it was a bit small for the number of guests that were there. Free coffee and tea was available as well. ..."
