"Beautiful view from our balcony and communal area round the front of the property. Very clean with great facilities and air con, the wifi was not the best so be prepared. Very steep walk up to the property which is doable if you are quite active, would recommend to have a car or motorcycle otherwise. Close to a bus stop, nice supermarket and town centre. "

"The best place to stay on Skiathos! Room was wonderful, with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchenette, and lovely balcony with a view of the sea. It was a 30 second walk to a beach with gorgeous turquoise water in addition to a 25 minute walk into town. I can’t say enough great things about the staff who not only were super helpful with the check in and transfer from the port to the hotel, but drove me back to the port for my early ferry when leaving. "I would recommend avoiding this property completely. Firstly, it is very close to a main road and the traffic noise will keep you awake at night. The main issue for us was the hidden costs of staying here, the property owner tried to charge us an extra €6 per day to use the air conditioning. "I found hotel Rene online and it looked to good to be true but in fact it was!!! The staff is amazing and super attentive to everyone’s needs. Each morning we were served an INCREDIBLE breakfast by the water. The pool overlooking the sea is beautiful and never gets old. Our room was clean and had a beautiful porch with a place to hang our wet clothes and sit down. The bed was incredibly comfortable and they provided us with many extra blankets to make us feel at home. Sitting by the pool we ordered a great lunch and drinks and felt like we could stay there all day. It is only a 10 minute walk into town and provides a sanctuary from the busy town. While the walk was short, it is definitely steep so good to bring sneakers. All together, absolute paradise. Highly recommend. "
