"This property is very original to the Santa Fe Area. We stayed in room 6 which for us was tight quarters. The Staff was delightful, The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is small. But the breakfast was forgettable. "

"The pictures on the website did not at all show what the room was really like. We had a room in the casita with a patio. The patio was part of the tiny enclosed entry and was shared by all three units. The room was small and cramped with only a small side chair and a desk chair for seating. The bathroom was also extremely cramped. The parking was almost impossible for anyone with a large vehicle. "

"Great walkable location, clean room with minor maintenance issues. Not a perfect stay. Check out day staff removed all our belongings from the room while we were having breakfast, well before regular checkout time. Manager apologized, but honestly, this was inexcusable."

Even when it was cold outside. Bubbles didn’t work in the hot tub and it could’ve been a little bit hotter. Other than that. It was a great experience. I will definitely come back."

"The staff was a mixed bag. Tony, the Butler, Dianne at the spa, the breakfast staff at the Hacienda bldg, bartenders all great. Others meh. The hottub was broken, pool covered. Rooms are a bit tired. I’d stay again if the price was right and we wanted to bring our dog. It’s super dog friendly. The location is very good. "

"Hotel accepted pets on expedia but policy had changed to service dogs only. Staff was kind enough to let us stay. It was a beautiful room and patio, but we had ants in the bathroom. Breakfast was good and they let us park and walk to town...about 20 minutes. "
