"Het Hotel had bevestiging gestuurd voor accoord. Dag voor aankomst stuurde Hakim van Hotel bericht dat hij net de boeking had gezien. Helaas was het appartement niet beschikbaar. Hij zou wat anders regelen. Wij toch naar Hotel en hoorden daar dat Hakim een groep bruiloftsgasten had geboekt. Hij had receptie opdracht gegeven om Buitenlandse gasten af te wimpelen. Heeft ons vervolgens in een “afbraakappartent” geplaatst omdat wij niets meer konden vinden. Wilde 20% meer geld omdat andere complex...

"The property needs a lot of fixes; there was peeling paint and plaster falling from the walls; lots of roaches and ants that we had to keep killing. A totally a put off and not expected from a rental at this price point; The rental has 2 sections, with separate enterances; the door for the smaller one was totally broken and really difficult to open and lock; required huge amount of brute force to open it. "The landlord himself is very nice and professional and I would happily communicate him however, we had very little dealings with the landlord. The lady looking after this property is disgraceful. I have travelled to many different countries and I have never ever been treated so badly in my life. My parents are old age pensioners and paid €1600 for this private villa. "Très déçu de n'avoir pu profiter de ma réservation. Moins de 24 h avant le départ j'ai été contraint d'aller ailleurs l'appartement n'était plus disponible ce qui est inadmissible. Je me suis retrouvé dans un riad de la médina de Salé un lieu sale et pas pratique un environnement nul."
