"Saubere Unterkunft, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, gut ausgestattete Küche (Geschirr, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank), Besonderheit: beheizbare Matratze - allerdings war das Kabel auf Schulterhöhe für mich persönlich störend. Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. "

"Parking was ok. Bed was ok. Location was good. The facilities were very poor, not particularly clean and the reception stunk of cigarettes. The amenities consisted of a small plastic bowl, 2 spoons, one teaspoon and two knives and forks. No cooking utensils or sharp knife. No laundry facilities and despite putting our please clean our room sign out, we had nothing done and dirty towels still in the bathroom. Air conditioning didn't work. The place would have been ok in Vietnam or Cambodia but...

"The stay at the Captain at the bay is awesome especially the bath tub is just beside the bed. After a long day of travel on the great ocean road, it is a best place to relax. The breakfast was nice and the hotel staff is friendly."

"Perfect for our 1 night stay. Bed was comfy. Hot tub was only anout 85 degrees F though. Room only had 2 towels for pool and bathing. Appears they are fixing up place though."

"Very clean and basic. It's an easy 2km walk into town along the beach. Good kitchen and shower was great. Cons : Unfortunately there's no air conditioning in the bedrooms (small portable fan though). Even with the windows open and it only being 24C it was stuffy and we didn't have a great sleep. If it was hot weather, it would be unbearable. Towels were really thin Toilet seat kept falling down A coffee machine would be a nice addition. It really wasn't value for money. Wouldn't stay...

"Everything was perfect! Bonus was the view and firewood ^^ Access was slopy and not covered dirt road, can be slippery when wet. Our RAV4 struggled a bit because of the slippery slope from overnight rain. "

"Parking was really tight, but you are right in front of your room! Just across the street is the beach and visitor center. Close to the stores and shops! Wonderful. Nice and quiet. Beds were comfortable. BEST SHOWER EVER! "
