"Hotel Kria had awful maintenance and wouldn’t fix the problems or offer us a different room. Truly disappointing. The thermostat in our room didn’t work - it was on maximum all the time - and the room was ridiculously hot. We had to open the door to the veranda to cool the room off and that made it barely bearable. Also, the bathroom door made an awful screeching noise when opened or closed. We reported both problems immediately and they did nothing to resolve the issues even though we were staying for several nights."
