"The airport shuttle was awesome. I called the hotel from baggage claim and the shuttle arrived within just a couple of minutes. I needed to use the shuttle several times to go back-and-forth to the airport to retrieve a rental car and the service was perfect each time. I never had to wait more than just a couple of minutes for the shuttle to arrive. The hotel staff was top-notch, from the front desk to housekeeping to the maintenance crew. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was excellent as well. Omar was very helpful and friendly and attentive. This is my first trip to Portland and I needed to stay near the airport and would definitely recommend this establishment for future travel. "

"My family really enjoyed the stay. It was really nice. Pool area seemed great. We stayed here because we were catching a guided fishing boat at Drano Lake early the next morning and needed somewhere close. We would definitely be back to take more advantage of the amenities this place has to offer. Comfortable and met our needs. I would recommend. "
