"The hotel view was lovely and the sound of the waves crashing up from the patio was nice but this place feels more like a one star to me. There was zero wifi even though they claimed there was and the AC stopped working around 1230am. We woke up boiling hot and suffered until we left at 8am. I enjoyed the pool and the location but sadly would not be back."

Atlantica Amalthia Beach Hotel – Adults only

Atlantica Amalthia Beach Hotel – Adults only

10/10 Excellent
"This was our second visit to Atlantica Amalthia. Very nice hotel. Everywhere was very clean, our room was a good size (we had a room in the building on the beach side) with nice balcony. Nice bar and restaurant. Breakfast room was nice and good choice of food. Very well kept beach. All of the staff were first class. So friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Visited the spa and had two massages during my stay and both were very nice and relaxing. Definitely recommend. Reasonable price. Didn't use the pool as it got busy very quickly. Sunbeds were very close together and not positioned well that you could get the sun all day. Whilst I enjoy swimming in a pool, we chose to stay on the beach each day. Good location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Recommend Sebastien next door. Absolute gem of a hotel and would definitely recommend it."

Frequently asked questions

Can I find holiday rentals in Skafi?

Yes, there are holiday rentals close to the most popular sights in Skafi, or you can select a more secluded option if you're looking for a relaxing stay.

What can I see and do in Skafi?

While exploring the area, visit family-friendly sights like Limnoupolis Water Park, or get outside and enjoy nature at Lissos Beach. Palaiochora Beach and Botanical Park and Gardens of Crete are a couple of places you'll find in the wider area.

What are holiday rentals like in Skafi?

Holiday rentals are privately owned properties you can book for a few days, or a quick weekend, in Skafi. Holiday rentals offer extras like kitchens and laundry facilities so you'll feel just like you're staying in your own home. If you're concerned about a sanitised environment, a holiday rental can provide a sense of security away from public hotel lifts and busy front desks while still allowing you the experience of travel. You'll also find more space in a holiday rental than in a standard hotel, which is another reason why a holiday rental is an attractive option for a small group gathering.
