"The pool was not heated instead it was extremely cold on a colder day which was not pleasant. Initially we booked because we knew the weather would be kinda cooler and windy so when we seen it was heated we were sold, but since it wasn’t we didn’t stay by the pool long and instead went back to our room with upset kids. "

"The Joule delivered an exceptional experience overall. The Deluxe Loft Suite was impressive, and for the first day, everything was operating at a true five-star level. Unfortunately, the AC failed in my room and the issue was not resolved during my stay. That was an unexpected miss, especially given the standard the property otherwise upholds. Had this not occurred, this would have been a flawless five-star stay across the board."

"The hotel was beautiful! I love the artsy decor. It's a small hotel so there was only one restaurant that was open for all three meals. I only ate there once for lunch. The food was delicious. There was a taco joint that was only open for breakfast which was curious. The bridge that leads from the main downtown area was demolished so we were not able to have access to downtown easily. "The Courtyard Marriott Dallas Downtown/Reunion District is in a great location. You can see Reunion Tower from the rooftop and even from some of the rooms, which was a nice bonus. The hotel itself was very clean, and Macrina at the lobby bar was especially friendly and welcoming. The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and more. The Union Station Dallas is literally across the street, making it extremely convenient for getting around. My only complaint was...

"Hotel design was great, staff were all very friendly and helpful, the restaurant was beautiful and had great cocktails. The pool was great. Rooms were very well stocked, nice shampoo and conditioner and body products, qtips and makeup remover wipes in the room. The design of the room was great for bags and getting ready.
