"Booked this for myself and 2 teenage daughters so they could go party and i could R& R. It didnt disappoint! Rooms are spacious & clean with everything you need. Its a 10 min walk from the strip so far enough away from the rowdiness of Kavos if you want a quiet break. The beach is literally the back garden and the pool is never too busy with comfortable loungers to sit on. The family do their utmost to make your stay be the best it can be. "The property (building/room status) was fine, but the location was far from town resulting to a daily walk of aprx. 5km (under heat and humidity) since finding parking at Parga has the same chances of winning the lottery. In five days one change of towels/ sheets and no additional provision of soap/shampoo is unacceptable for an accomodation of this rate. Also the pre-payment of guarantee i.e. 50% of the total amount against the terms of Expedia was very peculiar too. Finally potential issues...

"I was disappointed to find that a hotel of this standard still has an outdated bathtub that looks like it's from the 1980s instead of a modern walk-in shower. To make matters worse, the side of the bathtub was about 70 cm high, making it difficult to get in and out. You almost have to be an athlete—or at least young and agile—to climb into it safely. In my opinion, this significantly reduces the comfort of the room and could even pose a safety risk, especially for older guests or those with limited mobility."

"After a week at Avali, we were genuinely blown away by how exceptional this hotel is. Set on a small, peaceful beach, it offers the perfect setting to unwind, with the added bonus of 30 minutes of complimentary water sports each day - paddleboarding was a particular highlight. The pool area is a lovely place to spend the day, with attentive service bringing food and drinks directly to your sunbed. The à la carte restaurants provide a peaceful and elegant atmosphere, with a variety of dishes that consistently impress (the manager made sure to get me the largest tomahawk they had at Stia, and it definitely didn’t disappoint). Even the buffet, which we wouldn’t usually expect much from, exceeded expectations at every meal - especially the desserts, which were outstanding. While the hotel itself is fantastic, what truly sets Avali apart is the exceptional service. Minas, Theodora, Alexandra, and our cleaner July all went above and beyond to ensure we felt relaxed and well looked after throughout our stay. It’s rare to feel so genuinely welcomed at a hotel, but Avali exceeded all expectations. We have nothing but positive things to say and would highly recommend staying here. We would absolutely love to return."

"An absolutely fantastic stay! The villa is brand new, beautifully designed, and you can tell that every single detail has been thoughtfully planned and finished with great care. Everything was spotless, modern, and of exceptional quality. The bed deserves a special mention, it was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in and made for an incredibly restful stay. The location is perfect: peaceful, yet close to everything Syvota has to offer, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. I would highly recommend The Dandy Villas to anyone visiting Syvota, and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!"
