"The front desk staff was good, the breakfast was excellent and tasty. Two issued I had was there was another group that was playing loud music near us and it was bothering us as we were trying to put the kids to sleep. We also had a issues where the staff was suppose to deliver a case of water we brought and they delivered it to the wrong room. They replaced it with a case but just two small issues. Overall good experience and would stay again if going through the area. "

The location is good with a wine and beer restaurant next door and a number of local tourists shops along the street. It is also located very close to the bus departure for the boat jungle cruises. "Location was good with backdrop of the mountains, the room was very spacious with high arched ceilings. Offerings of breakfast buffet were good but not great. Local cuisine dishes( payasam(rice and vermicelli pudding), curry leaf marinated steamed fish, appam, vada and sambar) were really good. It’s real value for what you pay. Cons: Hot water was barely enough for one person, had to wait for 10-15 min before next person could take shower with hot water. "
