Could do better.
"We were somehow allocated a disabled persons room. On leaving my partner queried the allocation at reception and was told I picked that room. I checked my booking I did not. Although comfortable , the disabled facilities were not exactly usable for us, and there was evidence of water pooling / leakage ..."

"We had a lovely stay in this cottage. We had easy access to Faversham and Sittingbourne and there were many footpaths available for walks with our dogs. The cottage had everything we needed. "Our stay included access to the park for 2 days with the safari excursion. Our pod was ready at the time stated and was clean and tidy.
