"My wife and I had a lovely stay, the concierge at arrival was very polite and helpful and he couldn’t do enough for us, we had everything we needed for our stay in the room, including a safe and air conditioning, the views from our room over the harbour were lovely. My wife and I would most definitely go back there to stay, and I would like to say the staff are a credit to the owners of the apartments as they do a fantastic job and are very friendly and welcoming "

"Our Koutsounari Traditional Cottage was just that, traditional and cosy, quaint, and very clean. We had a small living area and kitchen, shower room with toilet and a double bedroom with a very comfortable bed and beautiful bedlinen. I realise it was a Cretan style building & have no problem with that but a few modern touches and some comfortable loungers etc would be nice.Crete is lovely and the people very friendly so we enjoyed our stay overall just not the hotel."
