Esta bien situado, no nos gustó que no se pueden dejar ls maletas antes del check-in, toda la mañana con las maletas encima, no había jabon de baño Ni nevera, el ascensor no funcionaba y era como 6 pisos

Decepción y estafa absoluta

Mala educación y poca amabilidad por parte de la recepción y dirección del "hotel", pues funciona más como habitaciones en edificios de alquiler turístico. No entiendo el tres estrellas pues he estado en hoteles de esa categoría y jamás me hubieran culpado de ensuciar unas toallas con manchas muy marcadas de antiguo, las reconozco pues soy lavandero profesional de espectáculos, aunque las haya usado por una ducha. Reponerlas por unas limpias me exigían un plus de 20 euros. Les falta humildad en el servicio y atención al cliente, pues pagué por 2 personas y sino exijo no me ofrecen los 2 desayunos pagados, todo y así se ahorraron un café y zumo por día que nunca ofrecieron. En las habitaciones solo ponen una toalla de manos, así que el secado solo se hace con la grande para cuerpo y pelo. El distribuidor de papel en el baño, tal muestra una foto, esta a metros del retrete por lo que hay que desplazarse. La entrega de llaves solo funciona por telefonillo y en un cestito en la puerta de entrada. Yo no lo recomiendo.

- supplément de 33 euros pour vous recevoir a votre arrivée après 23h - logé à un autre endroit que l'adresse donnée - petit déjeuner a 8h30 .Pas de choix, juste du café ,lait , un croissant et jus d'orange concentré - draps de lit non changés ,ils étaient pleins de poils et cheveux - chambre pas nettoyée ,juste les essuis - ne vaut pas 3 étoiles

It's Sitges...stay calm

Wonderful location. Reception is unattended, so you're on your own. 3 nights, no maid service. Towels exchanged if you get lucky enough to see the housekeeper. Pleasant breakfast atmosphere: juice, coffee & sandwich served hot. Free parking = hike a mile away and search for a street spot. Overall, we'll stay there again.

We stayed here July 2017, which is why we booked again: wished we hadn’t. Much smaller room, virtually no storage, 2wardrobes, 6 hangers and only 2 drawers. Nice bathroom, good quality Grohe fittings and fixtures but not a single shelf anywhere. Last time we stayed huge breakfast buffet with all the usual suspects. The first morning we walked, absolutely nothing, we thought we’d overslept and missed it. How wrong we’re we. Next morning, back we go and ask the boorish oaf on reception for breakfast: tiny cup of coffee, tiny glass of orange juice and the worst ham and cheese toasty in the history of toasted sandwiches. Never went back again. We had to go to the shops and buy cups, spoons, bowls, tea, coffee, milk, cereal and sugar. Realised when shopping for household essential that we might as well have rented an apartment, so this is what we’ve done for next June, £200 cheaper. Good points, room was cleaned by a lovely lady, clean towels every day and probably the best Tapas in Sitges, The Garia, is almost next door. Don’t know if the hotel changed hands but will never see foot in the place again.

Great location, in the middle of everything

Clean room, lovely shower, daily fresh fluffy towels, good aircon and Wi-Fi. But.... Let down by poor breakfast. I stayed here 2 years ago when there was a decent choice of cold buffet and cooked eggs. Now, just a small cheese and ham toastie every day, I juice, I coffee. That's it.

Led hotel Sitges was a great location and the staff we more than helpful the beach is 150 meters away with lots of great restaurants just in the street outside the hotel. Everything is within walking distance and the railway station is a 15 minute walk. Please improve breakfast

***AVOID THIS HOTEL. DANGEROUS***

I recently stayed at the Hotel Led in Sitges for four nights. I had a problem with the air conditioning unit in that it didn't work. The fan did work but blew warm air not cold despite following instructions. The weather was hot, around 28 degrees and the sun on the room all day. The hotel room was unbearably hot and very difficult to sleep in. The most alarming issue was that at no point during the stay was the reception manned by staff. There were no staff present at ANY time. I called the emergency number which was engaged and for the entire duration of the stay. On the second day a man with a cleaner was briefly in the hotel. I explained the air conditioning issue, he said he'd look at it. Following this, the fan all but stopped working. Further calls were made to the emergency number, the number still engaged, and still no staff presence within the hotel. The number remained engaged, even on day of departure, as no one checked us out either. If, god forbid, a genuine emergency like a fire evacuation, an accident, fatality, or major power cut, guests would be left helpless. Which I am sure is illegal in the UK and EU. PLEASE AVOID AVOID AVOID this hotel.

Simple yet suitable. My room was on ground level and any light sleepers may not have been suited to that room. Friendly and helpful staff who walked me to the room and also extended my checkout time rather than storing my bags. Breakfast is simple but that was fine as it seems to be the Spanish way with plenty of food options to explore in between times!

Awful l booked a hotel and was up the street round the corner in a room in a apartment block cold , no facilities one tea bag one sugar bag. Hot water for a shower had to use coat on bed to keep warm at night. Next morning bzck to hotel for breakfast rude man who I had to ring for in the street and demand breakfast he came bad tempered got me coffee and croissant orange juice this was not what I booked and paid for ,if I had known I would not stay moved into a hotel for the rest of my stay you should be appalled at my treatment hotel hah

Nous sommes arrivées en fin d’après midi l'accueil était fermé après avoir compris qu'il fallait faire une manip sur l'interphone pour contacter l'accueil ! nous avons attendu dans la rue avec nos bagages le temps que le monsieur qui ne parle pas français, vienne nous ouvrir !!! Mis à part ce contre temps nous avons séjourné 5 jours en toute tranquillité. Pour le départ tout c'est fait par interphone également !!!

Don't check in late

First the check in time ending at eleven was understandable but there's no alternative if one would arrive late due to delay. That happened and I tried to call the hotel with no answer. When I arrived my key was behind the front door but locked. So I called the emergent contact number and the guy told me "you late you pay" and hung up on me. I called back and he rejected my call. Therefore I had to run around town looking for a hotel. I ended up paying extra 155 euro for the cheapest room available in hotel Subur.... The next day they sent me to a better room which was an apartment on St Josep. It was nice but overall I thought they could've at least accept some kind of alternative arrangement...

Servicio muy amable y la ubicación es ideal para pasear por la cuidad. La habitación era grande, amplia y con unas vistas increíbles de Sitges. Como pega; que la ropa de la habitación estaba un poco descuidada y que no había presión en la ducha.

Bra läge. Trevligt hotell. Men några önskningar.

Mycket bra läge och trevligt hotell med serviceminded personal. Frukosten var bra. Den var en tallrik med lite olika charkuterier, frukt och lite ost. Innehållet varierade dag för dag. Kompletterade med bröd och juice från buffe. Ibland fanns yoghurt. Vi hade rum med terrass. Ett tips till hotellet är att det ska finnas något mer än bara två stolar och ett bord på terrassen. Ganska mycket skräp från träden i närheten Tyvärr mycket dålig lukt i badrummet. Mögel? Städning i övrigt bra. Kommer gärna åter men ordna lukten i badrummet.

kleines gemütliches Hotel

kleines gemütliches Hotel. grosses Badezimmer mit gut funktionierender Dusche. die Möbel sind vielleicht etwas altmodisch, aber immer alles sehr sauber. Einziges Makel ist das WIFI welches sehr langsam war. Lage des Hotels sehr gut, inmitten der Altstadt und zu Fuss ist alles schnell erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. für das Frühstück gab es ein kleines Buffet und war mehr als genug. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Great location small intimate hotel

It's a great location this hotel is close to everything in Sitges.The receptionist was really nice and friendly to us,she did everything to make our stay pleasant.The breakfast was included and the coffee was excellent.The room is ordinary but the beds are comfortable.The bathroom was clean and the shower flow was strong.
