Very clean. Nice bedroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy car parking. I love the independence of being able to bring food and use the communal fridge and microwave in the kitchen area, together with having a kettle for tea and coffee in the bedroom.

The hotel is well located and quiet. Walking distance to the V&A Museum and Natural History Museum. The welcome note and treats were a nice touch. The bedside lighting controls were great and loved that it included a digital « do not disturb » light for housekeeping.
All in all, a really wonderful stay. I look forward to staying at the hotel again soon.

I loved that it was a safe area and quiet! It wasn’t the cleanest room I have ever stayed in however for the price it was great! They were very nice and held our luggage for us prior to checking in so we can explore London earlier that day.
