"I want to give Susada 5 stars, but there were problems. I give them the benefit of the doubt that the problems were out of their control.
However, the staff made the best of a bad situation, which is why I gave them 4 stars.
If they put mini refrigerators in the rooms, I might come back."

"It was a practical place to rest overnight to book for the whale shark adventure. Good value for the money, you’ll have an airconditioned room with fan, hot and cold shower, toiletries, clean sheets, towels and a comfortable mattress to sleep in. They have a 24 hour front desk and convenience store. Guest can have a free tour guide if you book for the whale watching activity which is just 2 mins walk."

"We enjoyed our stay here. Its 8 minutes walk to alona beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. We also love the theme style hotel. We find it creative. The staff are really nice too."

"Knowing the room is facing the sun and oceanfront they might considering putting an AC because it is super hot, it’s like you’re in an oven. Good for people who wakes up at 5am and leave. "

"Hotel room was nice, staff was great, food good, but the water in the shower upstairs was barely coming out. And we want to go swimming at the beach but we never did coz it was dirty the whole time. Wished they would have cleaned the shore and get rid of the seaweed. They just throw it back into the water along with the trash. But we like the hotel and the room."
