"Arriving at conceirge. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Anything we required throughout our stay was attended to immediately. The hotel was lovely and clean. We lived thd fact that hotel was only a short walk to bus stop Breakfast was extensive and food was lovely and fresh. Highly recommend Hotel Lero"

"The property is in a great location. Staff was wonderful and breakfast service was excellent. Lacks five star hotel amenities like a pool and spa. Bathroom shower allows a lot of water to spray on floor and over time has caused the bathroom door to warp and not open fully."

"The hotel is in a great location and the room was modern and spacious with a nice balcony and view. Breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff were a bit less warm than we’re used to by US standards, but that may just be a cultural difference. The pool was a bit of a walk from the room, and since it’s shared with another hotel, it was hard to find a seat. We got there at 8 AM when it opened to secure chairs. On the plus side, our kids loved the kiddie pool."

"Immaculate. The rooms were sizable and maintained. They were a little bit dated, but the size of the rooms in the balcony and the amenities is more than made up for the rooms design being perhaps a decade old. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked very well, the bathroom was big, the kitchen was huge. The accommodations were absolutely wonderfully comfortable!"
