Rooms were insanely tiny, bed was very uncomfortable, worse than a super 8 being honest about that. There was an odd smell that the bed had. After about 15 minutes after we checked in, me and my wife decided we were not going to stay there and they charged us the full price anyway. No money back.

Guest feedback is extremely important to us so we can learn and train our team for future guests! The square footage of our guest rooms are above average for standard hotel sizes. We are staffed 24 hours a day to help assist any issues or questions and our team can help change or fix issues if they are informed.

The staff was super nice at this hotel. The train constantly passing in the night made sleeping somewhat difficult, and having a room right next to the elevator is not recommended either. You could hear the people in the room above us along with their walking across the room back and forth. One staff member told me that the union pacific contractors who stay there actually request the “quiet side” of the hotel. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The staff was very nice. Check-in and out were quick and easy. The bed was comfortable, room clean and continental breakfast was good (typical). If you’re on a budget this is a great and comfortable hotel without breaking the bank.

Cleaning staff could do a better job of sweeping floors in room. Breakfast was passable. Biggest issue is noise carrying thu the walls. If you’re talking or whatever the room next door will hear everything

My biggest concern was the unsafe parking lot. I tripped in a big dip next to where I parked. As I looked over the rest of the lot, it seems as if the entire lot could use some TLC.

The only good thing about this property is the water pressure. The shower head is too low, paint peeling in the bathroom, the world’s smallest pillows, the shower makes weird noises when you use it, and the breakfast sucks. If you’re looking to stay for a night and need somewhere cheap and you don’t care how noisy it is, then you’ve found the place, but, I will no longer be staying here.

Was decent for an overnight stay, hallways needed vacuuming, the hot water took forever to get to the shower I almost gave up but it did eventually come! Overall for the price the room was clean and comfortable good value for an overnight stay

Good place to stay with some better expectations.
We were in Sioux City for a weekend get away Overall the stay was good. The room heat was turned up very high on arrival, but we were able to cool it down by shutting the heat off and opening the window. We were disappointed in the breakfast options. A very small area for the number of people staying. The food options were very limited. No batter for waffles, no bread for toast, limited biscuits and gravy and overripe fresh fruit. Overall we would stay there again expecting that they would pay more attention to the above mentioned things. The lady at the front desk at check-in was very helpful, but the lady at checkout didn't make me feel like she cared about our stay.
