Hotel Mewah di Taman Semula Jadi Sintra-Cascais

"Loved our stay. Beautiful room, with balcony and mountains view. Be aware, if you have big luggage, they have a few stairs to go up if you booked a room on the second floor. The rest was perfect, location, plenty of restaurants near by, bars, the weather was perfect. Only down side, some people were a bit dirty, leaving the bathroom dirty BUT the staff took well care of cleaning everyday. Staff was very helpful. When we arrived, they had a breakdown with the wifi for two days but they corrected...

"The staff was very accommodating and reminded us of old bed and breakfast places from years ago. They even had our breakfast ready early so we could get away early. If we come to Portugal again, we’d come back. Also, great restaurant recommendations."

"Stayed for 2 nights, It was a nice place to relax and slow down after coming from a busier city. Staff were friendly. My only issue was that my room had issues with the Heater unit and wasn’t able to be fixed and no others rooms were available. That staff was kind to provide me with an extra blanket to keep warm. The facility and grounds were well kept I would recommend the place to others"

"This is, without question, the worst place I have ever booked. The property is advertised as a hotel, but in reality it is a private home that bears no resemblance to what is being advertised. I felt completely misled. Getting there is a nightmare. The road is virtually impassable, and unless you have a four-wheel-drive vehicle or a quad bike, you are likely to struggle just to reach the property. This is not made clear in the listing. Once we finally arrived, we were met with obvious damp...

"La entrada al hotel tenía mal olor, las habitaciones limpias pero con muchas hormigas sin saber por qué, la tapa del vater estaba medio mal colocada, no teníamos enchufe para colocar el aire acondicionado (nos dieron un ventilador), un armario de la cocina estaba roto"

"Great place as base for the wonders of beautiful Sintra."

"Amazing staff and direct access to the cliffs on the Atlantic!"

"My friend received a birthday cake carefully made by one of the team. This made her day! The property is beautiful and new, so many well thought out features."

"What a unique experience this was ! Staying in a century’s old building in the Center of Sintra’s historic district was amazing. Finding the hotel was challenging but once we called Karen (owner) for directions we got close and her wonderful assistant met us and directed us in and to great parking which can be problematic. We liked the room and the breakfast Karen put on was delicious. We loved this hotel the people (Karen and staff) the area . Bill &Renee O"

"Loved our stay here. The suite was extremely family friendly and the host provided all of the essentials (crib, high chair, baby gate, etc). It was very nice to have outdoor space for our toddler and the kitchen was well equipped. It was a short drive to the beach (too far to walk) and with a car it was easy to get into the main town area. The little store and restaurant just around the corner were helpful too. Make sure to arrange a meeting time with the host before you arrive so he can let you...

"This hotel is stunning, relaxing and tranquil. The staff are incredible and accommodating in every way. It is in a beautiful location over looking the water. You do have to walk or drive into town or to the beach but it is a wonderful walk. We would definitely stay there again when we are in the area. The breakfast is fresh and delicious as is the room service"

"Very cute and clean property. The front desk staff were very nice and the outdoor deck space was a bonus! Great location for going to the castles."

"The staff were incredible"

"Wonderful stay at a wonderful hotel, staff and site are excellent!"
