The hotel was fine and within walking distance to the smaller market. Either the fault of Expedia or the hotel, breakfast was not included nor was the rooftop garden with the hot tubs. I chose this hotel for the photos of the rooftop hot tubs but they were an additional $22 per use. Disappointing.

Check in staff were rude. They told multiple customers to wait, and then let others check in.
I joined a queue behind one of these customers, but when it was my turn, was told that i was not indeed next.
I then asked where was the queue, and the lady didnt even know.
The rooms were tiny, and the shower stall had mold

"A wonderful stay. We stayed on the resort side. The junior suite is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The basement fun zone is great, with video games, ping pong and a pool table. The swimming pools are lovely, don’t forget a swim cap though you can also rent them. The food is good though ..."

"다소 낡았지만 깔끔한 편이고, 아름다운 섭지코지에 위치하고 있다는 점이 장점임. 회원 위주라 그런지 빠릿하지 않은 비회원 투숙객은 이용안내 사항을 파악하기 쉽지는 않았음. 예를 들면 셔틀버스로 글라스 하우스 방문시 QR코드로 사전 등록해야 하나 동 정보가 홈페이지에 기재되어 있지 않고, 버스에 등록 안하고 앉아있는 사람들이 있었음. 식당들이 음식이 괜찮긴 하나, 리조트 밖으로 나가지 않으면 석식 메뉴가 제한적이고, 렌트카 없이 택시 이용시 석식을 위해 리조트 밖으로 나가고 들어올 때 택시 잡기가 아주 쉽지는 않으므로, 식당이 ..."
