Staff were excellent from the moment we entered. As a room was available earlier they allowed smoother check in and use of the pool and change facilities while we waited. Super friendly staff who gave extra towels and fixed tv remote immediately on arrival. Hotel food great.

Beautiful hotel. Had a Carleton Club room but not sure the cost was worth the benefit. Attentive housekeeping staff who kept me well supplied with ice on demand which was greatly appreciated.

YOTEL Singapore Orchard Road
The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have a refrigerator and a location in Orchard for such a low price. . It is a great place to stay if you are spending much time in the room as the room is small and has no chair to sit on.
