This hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient to get around. The staff were friendly, patient, and responsible, and were always willing to help whenever we needed anything. The room was clean and comfortable as well. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and were very satisfied with our experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We booked a Family room and we loved our stay so much. The rooms were spotless and very well thought off. I love that it's a family room but it features privacy within the room itself. It had everything we needed and loved the smart toilet as well! Also, the staffs are amazing especially the concierge team who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. A highly recommended hotel for families with young kids.

Beautiful hotel. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were brilliant with everything we needed and beds were really comfortable. Filtered water tap in room was good feature as well. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and we would stay here again.

The hotel wan clean and the staff were amazing. The adventure pool was under maintenance when we visited which was a shame but there were other pools specially for kids. We found that the hotel was situated central to everything and most places are easily accessible.

There is no laundry. The staff were helpful. The room was clean but was obviously damp as you could smell the dampness under the smell of tea tree. The bathroom was very impractical as the wet floor shower ran all over the floor and onto the floor of the toilet. The floor then never completely dries which is dangerous during the night when you want to use the toilet as it creates a slipping hazard. The water also can run into the bedroom and again doesn't dry. The deep pool was also under maintenance but during our stay we didn't see any maintenance work occurring. The staff were very nice and other than the aforementioned room issues, the hotel was great. Great location and lovely staff. We loved Sentosa Island overall.
