We booked our 4 night stay with our family of 4 and we loved our stay with them! Location is so convenient, especially if staying with young kids. The family room we booked was clean, well stocked with amenities, the hotel staff were very polite and friendly and helpful, they promptly responded to the requests we had, The breakfast buffet was really good with both local and western and kid-friendly options, baked goods and coffee was delicious. The pool area had a nice view with plenty of lounging areas. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to have a relaxing family staycation.

The breakfast buffet excellent and staff serving/cleaning tables was efficient and friendly. However, the staff responsible for cleaning the rooms was negligent. Four out of the nine days that we stayed there we had to call several times to get service even after we had been out of the rooms all day and the service light had been on.

The staff, including the housekeeping team, were all very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay truly pleasant. The pool was spacious and offered a great variety, so we were able to enjoy it a lot with our children. The breakfast buffet also had a wide selection, and our kids were especially happy with the food. However, during check-in, we were not informed about the Easter event or given the activity sheet unless we asked a male staff member. It would have been even better if this information had been proactively provided, as some other staff members did. Overall, we had a very satisfying stay. We would love to visit again.
