We booked through Expedia, staff on the reception desk were very unhelpful and unpleasant. Room was dirty and smelly feel like no one used it from weeks, only ten minutes after getting in the room I got shocked saw few mice in the room. Went to the reception and asked the staff member to change the room they said hotel is full and no other room available. We asked them that it is unsafe and unhygienic to live they put mouse traps, put towel in from of the door and a pest repellent to stop the mouse to come in the room. After saw mice second time my daughter refused to stay and in emergency I booked another hotel on Expedia again with extra coast £452 and request Expedia to cancel that booking and refund £352 which Expedia refused due to the property (The Quay Hotel little hotel) cannot be contacted. After 72 hours Expedia refused to refund our money which is annoying because they can see I have another booking on their website. I am not happy with Expedia they did not provide us accurate information and charge me lot of money and taking responsibility despite they promised they will refund £352. They wasted our time, wasted our money and ruined our trip.
