We just stayed for a short stay: 11pm - 7am. We got in at nearly midnight and really just wanted to go to the room so we could sleep the few hours until our early morning flight but you can’t simply check in like at every other hotel I’ve ever been to; you need to download an app and set up an account, take multiple pictures of yourself and your passport. I felt like we were applying for FBI clearance not checking into a miniature hotel room. It was a terrible ordeal and I wouldn’t stay again.

We are disheartened to learn of your unpleasant experience during your stay with us. Regarding the self-check-in app, pre-registration can be completed up to 6 days before arrival. Upon reaching the hotel, connect to the hotel WIFI to complete the verification and obtain the digital key for direct room access seamlessly without any assistance. Kundeservicen var helt elendig. De har ikke noen resepsjon, så alt måtte ordnes over telefonen, og hun jeg snakket med var utrolig frekk og lagde masse trøbbel. Vi fikk beskjed om at vi måtte sjekke inn kl 21 og sjekke ut kl 6 på morningen, dette stod ikke da vi booket rommet. Når jeg skulle prøve å få endret dette fikk vi beskjed om at det ikke var mulig, og vi fikk heller ikke avbestilt. Det bodde nesten ingen andre på hotellet, så hadde nok vært mulig. I tillegg var det ikke vindu, rommet var så lite at vi måtte sette bagasjen foran døra, så vi hadde slitt hvis det hadde begynt å brenne. Bare styr unna.
