Not-so-hidden gem in the heart of Chinatown. Right in the middle of popular Pagoda Street in Chinatown. Lots of great food stalls are steps from the Royal Hostel. Also steps away are good shopping, a couple malls and the Downtown and North East train lines. Also about 15-20 minute walks from Clarke Quay, Central Business District and Marina Bay Sands. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Wifi is sufficient in bunk area and very good in the communal areas. Great location, great staff and a great value hostel. Two thumbs up. 👍👍

The location is really close to mrt and everything is perfect. Friendly staff and the scent of the bed is so good. Clean. Overall satisfied and out of my expectation.

Perfect location, just right next to Chinatown MRT, room is just fine size for 4 beds, bathrooms are clean. Not the best value especially at weekend. But still an affordable price with good location.

Fang2 was so informative and helpful. I admit that I choose to not spend the night at hostel because of the smell in the room. Probably because one of the guest produce odor, also I found shoes and towels in the room, that might contribute to damp aroma in the room.

I have made a reservation for single bed but when I checked in they said it was taken and gave me a bunk bed which I get the top! I told the lady I just had a surgery and I am not fit to climb up and down and she changed for me to bottom part. I am not happy that they do not honor the booking choice!

Very quiet hostel next to Chinatown MRT Station
I'm a Singaporean and this is my first-ever stay in a hostel in my life! The hostel right next to the entrance of Chinatown MRT Station. The place is quiet and peaceful (at least in the dead of the night and early morning). The 3rd storey bunk is comfortably air-conditioned and the bed is nice to sleep on. Access in and out is available 24 hours. There is also a 24 hours MacDonald's just 5 minutes away, so you know where to head to should you have midnight cravings. The staff were friendly and helpful. The toilets could be better maintained and washed though. Overall, a pleasant experience staying here for 5 days!

Convenient and clean hotel
I really enjoy the stay at Maple Lodge@Chinatown. The room was clean and the location is very nice. The people also very friendly and willing to help you whenever you have any problem. However, there is no free mineral water. We have to buy it ourselves.

The receptionist Fang was very friendly, the hostel is not very big but have all u needs, good location in downtown. The only thing I dislike was have to be barefoot inside their hostel but they do provide some indoor shoe for u but again I dont like it to share shoe with others.

호텔닷컴과 업소 그리고 저의 잘못
한국에서는 MAN또는 WOMAN을 쓰지 Male Female은 거의 안 씁니다 보통 한글로 여성도미토리라고 표시해도 클릭해들어오는 경우가 많은데 여긴 그낭 female room 이래놔서 남자인 제가 실수로 예약 말레이시아에서 밤새고 피곤한몸으로 와서 예약실수 및 방이 있네 없네 기다리고 그러느라 여행시간낭비 및 스트레스를 받았고 결국 엑스트라차지 20달러를 지불했습니다 20달러는 이 동네 호스텔 하루 숙박비입니다. 제 잘못도 있지만 좀더 알아보기쉽게 표시를 안한 업소도 잘못이 있다고 생각하며 무엇보다 숙박예약이라는 개념과 사업 그리고 어플이 생긴지가 언젠데 남자인 제가 여성전용도미토리 예약을 해도 예악과 결제를 막지않고 다 되게 만든 호텔닷컴의 잘못이 크다고보며 건너편에 로얄롯지가 또 있는데 거긴 빈방(빈침대)이 많았습니다. 서로 다르다고하고 지금은 또 로얄롯지가 아닌 호스텔명 메이플롯지라고 표시되는데 그런건 제가 안필요없고 제가 무슨 큰 잘못을 했다고 엑스트라차지내고 이런 고생과 여행손실을 봐야하죠? 거의 다 남녀 혼성도미토리인데 왜 여기만 유난이에요?

离地铁站很近 非常方便
从地铁站出口走不到一分钟就能到达民宿 途中都会有电梯 不用担心提着行李走楼梯的问题 唯一需要担心的是民宿里没有升降机 旅客需要提着行李走一到三层 当然人如果有职员当值的话 他们肯定会愿意帮忙的 大门和各个房间都有密码锁 颇安全 建议民宿职员定期更改密码 女生宿舍在职员柜台那一层 感觉很安全 但由于靠近街道 早上会比较吵

가격대비 괜찮아요~
1층은 여성 전용이고 2층은 남녀 전용이에요. 여성전용방만 써서 2층은 모르겠어요. 샤워실은 3개인데 하나는 변기랑 같이 있는 샤워실이에요. 화장실에서 냄새도 안나고 싱가포르에서 저렴한 가격에 푹 쉬다온거같아요

It’s convenient and good place since it’s very close to MRT Chinatown. The staff (I dont know her name) is very nice. If I travel to Singapore again in the future, I’m gonna stay over at this hostel for sure.

チャイナタウン駅の前
チャイナタウンの駅前にありますので観光には不自由しません。マリーナベイサンズも徒歩で行こうと思えば行けますし、電車でも非常に近いので立地は良いと思います。 部屋の中は若干変な臭いがしましたが、旅慣れている人であれば気にならないと思います。 トイレとシャワーは部屋を出ることになるので少し大変です。 ドミトリーとしては、よくあるレベルです。 ランドリーサービスは800シンガポールドルで洗濯乾燥をしてくれます。 受付は人により対応が大幅に違います。前のレビューでもありますが、中国訛りのシングリッシュを高速で言ってきたので聞き返す必要がありました。 値段とのコスパを考えれば良いホテルだと思うのでオススメ出来ると考えますが神経質な方には難しいかもしれません。

普通のドミトリー。シャワーを浴びるために部屋を出る必要があり、少し面倒。 若干、冷房キツ目なので、長袖などの準備が必要。 スタッフの英語が早い？ため、少し英語力が必要、僕は1/3くらいしか分かりませんでしたw 土足で部屋に上がれないため、清潔感はある方だと思います。

ถึงผู้อ่านรีวิว ที่พักที่นี้อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี มีล็อคเกอร์และห้องน้ำให้รวมถึงยาสระผมและครีมอาบน้ำ เจ้าหน้าที่ของโรมแรมน่ารักและเป็นมิตร รวมถึงความเงียบในห้องที่นอน ดิฉันนอนห้องรวมหญิงล้วน รู้สึกประทับใจและที่ดีคือขึ้นรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินมาออกประตูไชน่าทาวน์แล้วสามารถเข้าพักได้เลย เป็นย่านที่คนเยอะ จึงไม่น่ากลัว คิดว่าถ้ามีโอกาสจะกลับไปพักอีก แนะนำสำหรับคนไทยนะคะ

위치는 정말 너무 좋아요!
위치는 두말하면 잔소리일정도로 정말 편했구요 도미토리라 아무래도 침대나 샤워시설은 조금 불편했어요, 그래도 이가격에 이정도 위치면 가격대비 정말 잘 머물었던거 같습니다~
