There was a lot of construction nearby which would start early and finish late some days, which created excessive noise, The apartment suite was very spacious and the views were amazing, we certainly appreciated the upgrade, but the lounge suite and dining room table chairs were stained and a bit tired looking, which made me feel uncomfortable to use, so tended to use the bedroom more for eating and relaxing.

Great stay in a good location.

The hotel is in a great location, close to public transport and many superb restaurants and cafes, as well as being close to local attractions. However, some of the MRT line was under repair and so we had to use to often use alternative transport. There were 2 convenience stores within minutes of the hotel. The view from the room was excellent, looking over the Marina Bay, giving us a view of brilliant sunrises and sunsets. The housekeeping staff were attentive and helpful. We need to give a special mention to Tyas, at the front desk. She was very welcoming, helpful and personally delivered a birthday cake to our room for my daughter. The hotel provided a superb cake for my daughter which which catered to her specific dietary needs, making our stay even more memorable. The pool and spa facilities were also great. The apartment was more than big enough for our family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped, we were even provided with laundry detergent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Space, light and great staff.

I stayed in an apartment on the 20th floor of building housing the serviced apartments, which had a fabulous view back out to the sea with the Singapore Flyer to the right and the stadium to the left. The apartment is spacious, clean, cosy and very quiet. The kitchen is functional and there is a great washing machine. The luxury of space in Singapore accommodation can’t be taken for granted and I found it comfortable and very relaxing. The staff in the desk and the cleaning staff were all friendly, kind and good at their jobs. The location is also good - near Nicoll Highway and Bugis MRT stations. There is a Cold Storage supermarket at Bugis, as well as 2 convenience stores downstairs. The pool was nice and clean, with areas to sit and relax as well. The apartments are behind the main hotel and can be reached from Nicoll Highway or Beach Road. Kampong Glam is across the road and Suntec about 5-10 minutes’ walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

Great views from the apartment and it was well furnished with appliances and everything else you need for a comfortable stay. Internet is fast with a fibre connection in the room. Would love to see the room have a bit of an update to make it look even more modern. Reception staff were SUPER pleasant and helpful, they always have a smile on their face! I had a really enjoyable stay at Parkroyal and would definitely return again. :)

Very good experience , this property is an apartment hotel, it is very confortable specially if you are traveling with kids . Yo be perfect it just need to have hot water , I didn’t like the fact that the hot water was not available all the time and for me that is a deal breaker because I cannot stand the cold water. I JAL k fix it and they says that the water hitter was too liter and the hot water runs away a very quickly , which I think is not aceptable at all.

Exceptional stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Parkroyal Serviced Suites. The location was perfect and close to many interesting places and plenty of restaurant choice. The staff were so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble! Wendy on reception was really lovely and greeted me at a 4am check in with a smile and good conversation and everyday by name She, as well as other staff offer an exceptional service. It was a truly personal experience and we were made to feel comfortable and at home.

2 bedroom stay for 8 nights

This is my second stay and I have extended my stay for 2 more nights. The place is good and full of amenities, but the silicon and shower need maintainc3. Silicon has mold and the shower curtain as well. The toilet seat has Un removal spots. Shower head opened on me twice. They have new waxhine machine now. The 2 bedroom is smaller than the last time

Five stars to the staff! Location for us is perfect, as we do not like the hype nor the crowds of Orchard Road. Convenience of the Bugis MRT, which took us everywhere we want to go is brilliant. Just a mention on the apartment itself, the bathroom could be maintained better. Mildew around the bath tub is unsightly, but we didn’t want anyone working on it once we have checked in. Shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap should be replaced after a week’s stay and were not. The door to the master bedroom creaks and opens when one leaves the apartment through the front door early, and wakes up the spouse still sleeping. However, all were forgiven because of the staff being so friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Superb business stay.

Perfect long business stay. The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Location and views are perfect. Pool is of a very good size, gym also big and clean. I would definitely recommend and use again.
